There are three branches of Polarity Therapy - The bodywork, performed by a polarity therapist in a private session, yoga techniques, developed to help regulate and enhance the body's natural ability to heal itself, and nutrition which is discussed with the Polarity therapist and client to create a heightened awareness of the body's individual needs.

Reiki is a gentle form of energy therapy in which the practitioner channels a healing light energy into the client. It is an extremely relaxing and peaceful modality that leaves one feeling calm and rejuvenated.
